The little roasting chickens are wonderful. I like to prepare chicken in a Sun Oven; these birds fit perfectly and the first one which I enjoyed last week was more juicy, tender, and flavorful than any chicken I have had in years. Thank you for offering these smaller roasting chickens.

Chickens were small, delicate and delicious? I’m in my sixties and it’s been a long time since chicken tasted so good. Maybe in a good French restaurant or when I was a kid. The only birds I really care to buy.
