I can't recommend Tide Mill Organic Farm products enough. I first had some of their sausage and milk at a brunch gathering, and was blown away by the flavor and texture. We love making the breakfast sausage for breakfast or as accompaniment to pasta, rice, or potato dishes with farm fresh veggies. We sous vide the pork chops and they are unmatched. You can really taste the love and care that was poured into the land and animals on this farm. Porky the Pig mixed box is a really great value and variety for the money and provides a lot of different options in one easy purchase. They have a clear shipping schedule so I knew when to expect my order which arrived cold and ready to freeze or refrigerate for that week's meals. The package even came with some lovely recipe ideas!
